Looking at the beautiful scenery of the Corbières, we would like time to stand still, especially at the time when the twilight makes a light pink halo.
On winding roads through the vineyards, we feel the history of the Corbières, hostile lands in appearance, almost impregnable.
Beyond this, paths climb the mountains into the garrigue scrublands, where there are scents of thyme and rosemary.

Jean-Noël’s belief: the winemaker must accompany nature and find the right balance to help nature on its way.

He likes to talk about earth :
"The safe bet is the land," he says. "I try to apply myself to get the best out of the region’s variety. I chose this profession for love of the earth, for the relationship I have with nature. I continue to prune the vines and it’s still a pleasure! ".

These three different situations help develop three distinct red Corbières and there are plans to isolate a plot to produce 5000 bottles of Corbières Boutenac, the first villages of the Corbières appellation, which was created in 2005 and has pride in its Carignan grape (minimum 30% in the composition of wine).
