Maceration. Cold settling.

Winemaking maximum temperature of 16 ° C.

Tasting notes:

Color of yellow straw, green reflections, fruity aromatic notes (citrus, anise) and flowers. It has good acidity and powerful aromas that gives it a nice balance.

Food matching:

Aperitif, crustaceans, shellfish and fresh fish.

Temperature: Serve between 8 and 10 ° C.

Production: 10,000 bottles / year.
