Ground:

Pebbles on the banks of the Orbieu river.

Grape varieties:

- Grenache Blanc 50%. Simple Guyot pruning. 20-40 years.

- Maccabeu 25%. Simple Guyot pruning. 30-40 years.

- Vermentino 25%. Simple Guyot pruning. 10-15 years.

Cultivation:

Plowed soil, reasonable plant protection (respect of natural balances).

Harvesting: Manual, sorted on the vine.

Vinification:

Manual sorting on arrival in Cave.

Maceration. Cold settling.

Winemaking maximum temperature of 16 ° C.

Tasting notes:

Color of yellow straw, green reflections, fruity aromatic notes (citrus, anise) and flowers. It has good acidity and powerful aromas that gives it a nice balance.

Food matching:

Aperitif, crustaceans, shellfish and fresh fish.

Temperature: Serve between 8 and 10 ° C.

Production: 10,000 bottles / year.
