Terres Rouges Vinified and aged in oak barrels - Corbières AOC Red

Ground: Red earth, clay and limestone, mid-slope situation.Southeast exposure.

Grape varieties: - Syrah 80% single Guyot. 20-30 years.- 20% Grenache. Cup size. 40-50 years.

Cultivation: Plowing of the soil, reasoned plant protection (respect of natural balances, auxiliary protection). Cultural practices adapted to the conditions of the vintage and to ensure a high quality level of polyphenols.

Harvesting: Manual, sorted on the vine.

Vinification: Manual sorting on arrival in cellar, fermenting grape varieties, maceration 42 days. Maximum temperature 32 ° C. Ventilated extraction and pumping.

Aging: Put in barrels after aeration and suspension on the fine lees. Aged 12 months (80%) in new french oak barrels and 20% aged in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes: Deep red color with purple hues, aromas of fresh red fruit and sweet spices. The palate offers fine dense tannins with fresh and elegant fruit. Wood flavors with notes of vanilla and toast.

Temperature: Serve between 17 and 20 ° C.
