Here there is nothing to hide, everything is tasted – red, white and rosé wines. More than 30 references to keep your taste buds happy.

Observe, smell and taste the results of our blends of choice from the Corbières appellation. Our duty is to seduce you ! The experience at Château Grand Moulin is a shining example of the wines of Corbières in the Languedoc.

A GLEAMING WINERY

The stainless steel vats are conical and contain more than 7,000 hectoliters of fine wines. On a guided tour you will discover the beginnings of the wine.

The grapes are sorted mechanically and then destemmed. For reds the extraction is done only by punching and reassembly, naturally and smoothly. For whites and rosés, after direct pressing, a tubular exchanger makes it possible to carry out a cold pre-fermentation maceration (12-14 ° C) to extract the freshness of the fruit.

This is the safe of the Château Grand Moulin. The wine is pampered and refined for 10 to 12 months by the exchange of flavours with the wood of our French forests.

To be composed as you please; your personalized gift box with the wines of the domain. Find your happiness by selecting an old vintage from the vinotheque … vintages starting from 1987. For a unique gift that will make a strong impression choose a large bottle of “Vieilles Vignes”, ranging from 1.5 to 18 litres

Taste the products of the terroirs of Grand Moulin. The Carthagene, a Languedoc aperitif based on Syrah juice of “Vieilles Vignes”. The honey of the vines, harvested in garrigues (scrublands) around the vines of “Terres Rouges”. Olive oil, extracted from the small family olive grove in Lézignan. The vinegar of red wine, aged in oak barrels…

Finally, you can bring back a gift or a souvenir of your visit : decanters, glasses and corkscrews signed Château Grand Moulin.
